About Team Breckenridge Sports Club

Team Breckenridge Sports Club (TBK) has inspired and encouraged athletes for over 45 years and has seen athletes excel to the highest levels of competition. Our mission is to provide our youth athletes with the positive environment and balanced guidance that fosters self-confidence, embraces goals, and nurtures a lifelong love for the mountains and snow sports. It is our goal to provide a fun and safe environment for athletes to excel, both on and off the mountain.

 

About the Position

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and responsible individual; ability to collaborate in a team environment; and is dedicated to athlete growth and development. This person also has a strong work ethic, ability to communicate clearly, and committed to the team’s schedule and training protocols. Ability to work and communicate with parents and athletes. Ability to travel to competitions.

 

Dates  December 4th- April 15th

 

Pay $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

 

Qualifications & Expectations

Must be able to reliably get to Breckenridge for scheduled shifts

Ability to ski terrain park

Previous experience working with children preferred

CPR/First Aid Certified (not required)

Demonstrated leadership, educator, and mentoring skills.

Able to maintain professional demeanor in all situations and conditions.

Plan and supervise daily training for athletes as scheduled by the Head Coach.

Have high standards for safety in all training environments.

Provide positive feedback on a daily basis to participants and submit written year-end evaluations on each participant.

Participate in coaches meetings, briefings, and other professional functions as directed by the Head Coach.
