Paul Kropatsch

President

Paul currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Team Breckenridge Sports Club (TBK). Paul and his wife, Dr. Michelle Kropatsch, along with their three daughters, Kaitlyn, Mackenna and Keira, split their time between their homes in Highlands Ranch, CO and Breckenridge. Glynna Baker

Vice President

Glynna has served on the Team Breckenridge Sports Club Board of Directors since 2015.  She has a son on the Big Mountain Competition Team and one who graduated from the TBK program and now competes at the IFSA / FWQ level and coaches the Big Mountain teams part-time.  Glynna works as a contract attorney-mediator for the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution, mediating domestic relations, juvenile, civil, and probate cases.  She also has a private mediation / arbitration practice.  Additionally, she works part-time with the Breckenridge Ski Resort Competition Services Department, helping execute the on-hill competitive events.  Glynna and her family love playing in the high country outdoors.  She enjoys helping kids and “kids at heart” build confidence, explore their potential, and experience  life through the pursuit of athletic adventures.

Craig Campbell

Treasurer

Craig Campbell has lived in Breckenridge for 20 years. He’s an avid mountain biker and fly fisherman but his true passion is skiing. Craig has two kids on Team Breck, one attending Summit High and his youngest is at Summit Middle School. Craig has served on the Breckenridge Open Space Advisory Committee for 8 years and is currently Vice Chair for the Countywide Planning Commission.

Olin Armstrong

Member At Large

Olin has been coaching for Team Breckenridge Sports Club since 1991. Before moving to Team Breckenridge Sports Club, Olin coached FIS, USCSA, NCAA, for the University of Wyoming Team and USST Europa Cup Speed Team. Olin has been instrumental in building Team Breckenridge into the organization it is today, both as a head coach and a board member. 

Evelyn Becker

Evelyn Becker’s 13 year old daughter races on Team Breck’s Alpine team. Evelyn is a writer and educator, teaching writing at the University of Colorado Denver and in private workshops. Evelyn has extensive experience developing and implementing strategic communications plans for nonprofit organizations. Her community work includes a focus on organizations inspiring and emboldening young people, such as Destination Imagination, Clothes to Kids Denver, and Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. A longtime hiker and runner, and skiing and yoga enthusiast, Evelyn is passionate building independence, confidence, and perspective in kids and teens through athletics. As a member of Team Breck’s board of directors, she aims to combine her commitment to youth empowerment with her communications strategy and public relations skills to boost the clubs’ outreach and fundraising efforts.

Allison Bradac

Member At Large

Allison and her husband and four kids live in Denver but love to make the mountains their second home.  Her son competed this past season as part of the Big Mountain Competition Team - his second year with Team Breckenridge.  When not passing time in traffic on I-70, Allison’s passion and work is in the non-profit sector where she has contributed in development and leadership capacities for more than 15 years. She feels fortunate to make her life work about people, community, and the important things in life that bring us all together.

Jenny Stafford

Member At Large

Professionally, Jenny is an advisor to foundations through her company, Spur Philanthropy. She has worked in philanthropy for 20 years in Colorado. Her kids, Jack (14) and Anna (11), have been part of Team Breck since the 2015/2016 season. They started on Alpine and made the switch to Big Mountain and have enjoyed all of their time with the team. Jenny and her husband, Mark, split their time between Frisco and Colorado Springs. As a nordic skier, Jenny plans to help Team Breck exclusively on the fundraising and business fronts, working to shore up its long term sustainability through development and business planning and be a voice for the Freeride Program.
