Position Summary
Team Breckenridge is seeking part-time coaches to mentor and lead athletes in our Big Mountain programs. Coaches will guide participants in setting and achieving goals related to advanced skiing technique, mountain safety, and overall athletic development, while inspiring a lifelong passion for skiing and the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities
-
Coach and mentor athletes in Big Mountain skiing techniques and safety

Provide consistent, positive feedback to athletes and maintain written mid-season and year-end evaluations

Attend team trainings, meetings, and contribute to program development

Uphold the values, methodologies, and safety standards of TBK

Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive team environment

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Work primarily outdoors in variable mountain conditions (cold, snow, wind, high altitude)

Ability to stand in ski boots for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

Frequent talking, listening, and visual observation required
